Chelsea Away Jersey 2019/20

Chelsea Football Club has released its new Chelsea Away Jersey 2019/20. The inspiration for the new Away Jersey came from the rise of King's Road near Stamford Bridge in the 1960s and the popularity of Mod culture around the world.


Chelsea's new season Away Jersey is a clean and refreshing white Polo shirt with red and blue stripes on the collar, the words "Pride of London" on the collar and red and blue stripes on the cuffs of the jersey. White pants and Chelsea Blue Socks together constitute the image of the new season away, socks with white and red stripes decoration.


Fran Kirby, the Chelsea women's forward, said: "The new Away Jersey is very beautiful and offers more options to wear. I know something about Mod culture, and I can occasionally see its impact on the new jersey. I don't think it's just a shirt you can wear in a game. You can wear it anywhere and anytime. I'm sure the fans will like it.


"Our concept is to pay tribute to the Mods and their distinctive style in London in the 1960s," said Pete Hoppins, senior design director of Nike football clothing. "This new away-court Jersey combines white Polo shirt with red and blue stripes representing Chelsea's tradition. It is believed that the New Chelsea Jersey will make Chelsea fans who wear it stand out from the crowd.
