Pohang Steelers Jersey 2020/21

Pohang Steelers released the team's 2020 new home / away and second away jerseys to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the completion of Pohang Steelers Park Stadium, the team's home stadium.



The team's iconic red and black stripes are still used in the home jersey of Pohang Steelers 2020 season, and the red and black stripes are wider than ever, bringing a new image with more impact. The New Pohang Steelers Jersey also features a retro white lapel and is the first time the club's home shirt collar has been white. As with the previous jerseys, five golden champions stars representing the team's five times winning the Korean top league championship cup are added under the back collar, and the number added in the champion star represents the year when the team won the championship.

As part of the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the completion of the Puxiang Hong Kong Park Stadium, in addition to adding a commemorative badge inspired by the appearance of the stadium to the sleeves of the Home Jersey, the slogan "we are Steelers" (we are the iron man) under the back collar was changed to "this is steelyard" (this is the steel Park).



The new home away and second away kits feature a sky blue and white tone, respectively, with the same White Retro Polo as the home kit. Among them, the sky blue used in the Away Jersey comes from the Home Jersey color of POSCO atom, the predecessor of the team. The white of the second Away Jersey is the traditional color of the Away Jersey of the team. Five gold champions with a winning year are added under the collar at the back of the Jersey, along with the team's traditional slogan "we are Steelers" (we are Ironman). In addition, the sleeves of the two away jerseys did not include the badge commemorating the 30th anniversary of the team's home completion.



In addition to the home away and second away jerseys of the new season, the new home away goalkeeper jerseys made by astore are also unveiled. The home goalkeeper's jersey features a black tone and a red pattern representing hot steel on the hem. The lavender away goalkeeper's jersey is inspired by Lavender planted on the mountains around Puxiang city.



The number and player's name on the back of the new season's Pohang Steelers Jersey are all in retro arc font to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the team's home stadium.

Pohang Steelers Jersey 2019/20

South Korea’s Pohang Steelers unveiled the team’s new Pohang Steelers Jersey 2019/20. The New Jersey named “The Six Light” shows people the night view of Puxiang City, where the team is based, in different colors.

Puxiang Iron’s new home jersey for the 2019 season continues the club’s iconic red and black two-color horizontal pattern. Like the previous home jersey, the designer increases the strength of the Jersey by increasing the proportion of black stripes on the jersey, creating a new image of steel fighters. The away and second Away Jersey is the first time in the club’s history to use ivory white and brown jersey. The introduction of new colors makes the team appear in front of people with a new image in the new season.

The new home and away shirts and the second away shirt all adopt a round collar full of concise style, with the team badge and team name “STEELERS” (Iron Man) added to the tie. Under the collar of the shirt, besides the proud Club slogan “We Are Steelers” (we are Iron Man), we also joined five golden champions who symbolized the team’s five wins of the Korean Championship Cup. The number of the champions who joined the team represented the year when the team won the championship.

In addition to the new season home and away and the second away jersey, Astore also prepared three different color home and away goalkeeper jersey for the team. The color matching of three goalkeeper’s jerseys, which appeared in sky blue, pink and iron gray, was inspired by the classic jerseys in the team’s history and the Puxiang City where the team is located.

Among them, sky blue is the color of Pohang Steelers Jersey 2019/20, pink represents the rose of Puxiang City, and iron gray represents the steel industry that supports the development of the city.
