The co creators group was founded in 2019, and its members will participate in every step of the Philadelphia Union Jersey design process, including the production of Adidas creative profile, feedback on the Jersey design thoughts and artistic style, and participation in sample review. Over the past two years, members of the organization have been communicating online and offline to solicit feedback on Jersey designs and samples. Members of the co creator group include season ticket holders, members of fan organizations, die hard fans of the team, media figures, club staff and players.
Philadelphia Union new season away shirt is based on blue, with dynamic lightning pattern and yellow embellishment on collar and cuff. The design inspiration comes from Benjamin Franklin's lightning experiment in Philadelphia.
