Columbia Soccer League Atletico Nacional jointly released the team's new home jersey for 2021 season. Inspired by the club's history, the new Atletico Nacional shirt is designed to commemorate the 40th anniversary of legendary coach Osvaldo Zubeldia's team winning the domestic league title in 1981.
Different from the modern design of previous seasons, the home Atletico Nacional jersey of national sports in the new season has regained the most classic green and white stripe design, and incorporated the stripe design of the jersey worn by the team when they won the domestic league championship for the fourth time in 1981, so as to commemorate the legendary coach Oswaldo zuberdia in the history of the club.
The simple green V-shaped collar with four green five pointed stars means that the team won the league championship trophy for the fourth time in 1981.
