Bayern Munich 120th anniversary jersey

In order to commemorate the 120th anniversary of Bayern Munich football club, adidas has released a new commemorative Bayern Munich jersey for 2020, which explains the glorious history of the club and is one of the most important jerseys in history.




To create the Bayern Munich Jersey, the adidas design team studied the jersey worn by Bayern football club when it won the first German championship in 1932, and explored what made it so iconic and what elements could be used on the latest Jersey. Combining the design principles and themes of two different times, the 2020 New Jersey contains the history and future of one of the most iconic clubs in the world.




The New Bayern Munich Jersey features a bold Burgundy Red neckline and sleeves that contrast strongly with the main color of crystal white. Beige badge details and no brand logo design retain the simple aesthetic style of the previous generation of products. There is a subtle "120 Jahre" design on the inner ring of the neckline, which translates as "120 years".




The Bayern Munich Jersey is made of adidas' aeroready fabric, which combines traditional design with today's innovative technology. Special hydrophobic enhanced design can help athletes keep dry and comfortable in the game.



From February 27, the 120th Anniversary Bayern Munich jersey can be purchased at Adidas retail store, Adidas tmall flagship store and Adidas official website adidas.com. The shirt will also make its first and only appearance in Bayern Munich's home game against Augsburg on March 8.
