The Bundesliga Koln Football Club jointly released the team's new FC Koln Jersey 2022-23. Like the previously released home jerseys for the new season, the club and brand bring shared values to the Bundesliga in the new season and set a clear example of sustainability, inclusion and diversity.
The new season Koln away jersey is selected by the club jersey committee. It adopts the team's iconic red appearance and adds vertical stripes and dark lines with light and dark gloss effects on the front. Contrasting white trim is added to the collar and cuff edges, which together with the iconic Hummel arrow logo on the shoulders outline the overall silhouette of the jersey.
The new Koln away jersey also demonstrates Hummel and Koln Football Club's commitment to sustainable development, inclusion and diversity. The jersey is made of 100% recycled polyester fabric. "1. FC KÖLN – SPüRBAR ANDERS." on the back under the collar and "1. FC KÖLN X HUMMEL" on the hem showing the partnership.
Finally, the slogan "LEBE wie du bist" (Live Yourself) appears on the collar as the club's stance on inclusion, diversity and equality, as well as against discrimination and xenophobia. Koln's 2022/23 season away jersey is paired with red shorts and socks, with a number of white rings on the socks.
